I love your natural style and your vibe, hope you had a birthday you imagined, it looks just the perfect day! Currently reading a cosy romance novel (The Christmas Book Hunt by Jenny Colgan) which is set in London, Edinburgh, and the countryside so this was just the perfect vlog to watch to fully have the mood! Also, it was just so nice to see Edinburgh again, I went there 2 years ago for a trip and I miss it since the day I left! Have a great day Sara!
Thank you so much for your lovely comment ❤️ so glad you enjoyed the vlog. I have “The Christmas Bookshop” by Jenny Colgan on my shelf, which is also set in Edinburgh. Have to read it next year! Edinburgh really is just so stunning 💕 thanks again, and have a lovely day, yourself 🫶🏼
Definitely, this is my favourite vlog. The vibe, the books, bookshops, thrift stores ❤ And I haven't missed any of your vlogs so I know what I am saying ❤😁
Hey there ❤️ thank you so much for commenting! It means the world to hear from you guys, who follow along. Thank you so much for the support 💕 I’m glad you liked the vlog - this one was really fun to do as well! Hope you have a lovely day 🤎
Ok - second comment on same vlog😂… love the boots and the white blouse❤!!!!!!!! PS - I looooove Julia Cameron’s Artist Way… you probably know she was married to Martin Scorsese ( since divorced). Her later writings talk about taking yourself on Artist’s dates…. Which I think is really important concept for women… too often we spend all our time and energy on others. I have adopted this approach and have a list of dates to take myself on - I plan one of these once a week - my list currently has 89 ideas… read a poetry book, go to an art fair, reach out to a friend, shop the international section of grocery store, go to an art supply store, make an old recipe, make a new recipe etc etc…😘
All the comments are welcome! 😂💕 so glad you like the boots and shirt - I’m so excited to style them! 🥹 Wait, that’s so cool about Julia Cameron. I had no idea she married Scorsese. I’ll have to look into her later works as well. The thing about solo dates sounds amazing - I love that kinda thing. Sounds like you have a really good list! Thank you so much for sharing ❤️💕
Happy belated birthday! Love the book choices. I'm currently reading Empire of Storms (book 5 from Throne of Glass) and can't put it down. You had so many great finds in charity shops. I really should pop in to them more often to see what's available.
Thank you so much! I can’t wait to get through all these books. I have a very diverse taste 😂 I’m finishing Crown of Midnight atm, but it taking me a while to get into the Throne of Glass series. Hopefully it will pick up for me! No better feeling than being in love with a series and not being able to put it down 🫶🏼💕
Happy birthday and Happy New Year! I read the Christmas Tree Farm book and the others in the series while I was solo travelling recently and found them to be a cozy, comfort read when I was lonely or homesick. I love Virginia Woolf! Scotland is so beautiful. I loved my time in Edinburgh but I didn't see Blackwell Books - only Waterstones but I enjoyed going in there and having a cup of tea. I love the way you make everything look so beautiful - even eating Indian takeaway in bed. Best wishes for the move. I am looking forward to seeing how you decorate and make a new home!
Wow thank you so much for your thoughtful comment, Belinda. It really warms my heart 🥹❤️ so glad you liked the vlog! Cant wait to share updates on the new apartment with you as well. I hope you have a beautiful day, love 💕

Yay welcome! I was actually thinking about doing my first sit down book-video talking about all my best reads of 2024. Would you be interested in that, or do you prefer vlog style? 🥰💕 so glad you’re here!
So glad you had a nice day in Edinburgh. I work across the road from Edinburgh Books - it's a lovely shop ❤ Hope you come back to explore more - May is a great month before it gets really busy with summer/festival crowds. "Tillykke med fødselsdagen" 😊 x
Hey Angela 💕 wait how fun! I can’t believe I’m at a point where I could potentially meet subscribers when I travel. That’s so cool 🥹 I will definitely come back to Edinburgh one day - I’m sure it would be so amazing in spring or fall. And thank you for the birthday wishes, you sweet angel ❤️ have a beautiful day!
Keep going! I just started my ytb channel too but for now I'm kinda shy hehehe. A question that I have is where do you listened audiobooks and also can you give as the name of the airbnb that you stayed? It looks so cute! 🤎
Yay how exciting with your new channel!! Just keep going and it all gets easier and easier, I promise 💕 I listen to audiobooks on an app called Mofibo - I believe it might be Danish. The AirBnB we stayed in is in Kelso, Scotland and I think it was called Deer’s Leep or something like that. I’m sure you can find it if you look up Kelso, it’s a small town 😅💕
