I’m an incoming Suffolk grad student and managed to find a small unit on South Russell St. - I’m pretty excited to live in Beacon Hill, and I really appreciate the detail of this video especially the North / South / Flat sections of the neighbourhood. Probably the best beacon hill guide video on YT.

Great video but what no one ever tells you is how tenacious you have to be about pest control. These buildings in Beacon Hill are old and it doesn't matter how clean you keep your apartment you are surrounded by other apartments and buildings on the sides and in the back. Pest Control is a must if you don't want to have roaches and mouse poop everywhere.
You're absolutely correct. Roaches are a big big problem with some old buildings around BH, North End, etc. I should have brought that up in the video and didn't think of it
Constructive criticism: more video or photos of what you're speaking about. Less video of you talking. You'll hold viewers' interest better. Good luck with your channel, you really know Boston and seem genuinely-interested in helping viewers. 👍👍

Lexington - Apartments and condos to rent. Single family homes to buy in good school zones in range of $500k and $800k
