Haha. Don't get me wrong, I'm not racist at all. It's just that I do not know anyone working at a Proton showroom, but if I do get to know someone working there, I would love to film the range of Protons. Besides, I film and upload any type of car I can find, whether it be new or old, imported or local. =)
Thanks for the review but I think it could have been much better for a 18minutes video. You did not cover most of the important aspects of the X-Trail CBU version. Like the cup holders for front and back are actually equipped with cooling functions. Also the boot area has this 'false floor' which is removable and washable. Underneath the false floor is the spare tyre compartment something which is not available in other SUVs.
Nissan used value is lower than toyota and honda despite same quality and japanese branding. Im seriously getting a used x trail for travelling/camping, considering either the 2006/2011 versions,
Wow talk about jumping the gun there. How can you possibly draw the link of him not getting to review a certain kind of car to racism? I can only communicate in english to people I guess I'm racist to the rest of the non english speaking world lol.
This is actually a 2010 T31 (at least, that's when it was released to Australia). The T31A (released 2011 in AU) is basically the same but with slightly different styling and LED perimeter lights/tail lights (and a new trip computer / interior gadgets). But I've driven both T31 and T31A and they're the same to drive.
I test drove the latest one in Australia few months ago. Not bad. But sadly what we have now is the older version X-trail with only 2.0 and no 4WD. But still, love my 2004 2.5.
I see that in whatever country this was filmed, Nissan takes the same approach as in Ireland by removing all extras to make the vehicle affordable. Nissan cars in Ireland look really cheap but cost lots.
Nissans of this era, the ones first released between 2005 and 2010 or so, also have below average build quality to go along with that cheap look. They definitely cut costs on that front. I have a 2008 Nissan that's falling to pieces because it was made cheaply with cheap parts, even though I've taken good care of it since it was new.
It's 2014. The "alarm clock beep" is still there. Damn the new X-Trail still has it.
Its a 2011, 2014 is the T32, this is the T31
Making a review on a Toyota Harrier 05-08 or a Lexus RX350 2010 would be great :P

The interior looks so cheap and bland.

Nissan sells Rogue in us, it is the same platform

I wish we got this in the US! They sold the first one in Canada and not the US, not fair!
Will try. =)
