Thank you for sharing! Very slick using Dropbox so we can just import the file. I love that it combines the white look, the AB+ look, and a super blue look at the beginning and end. Just started a tank so I'm going to rock this schedule! 🎉🎉
Yea.... I like that balance with whites and blues... Will go for the Pro. Thanks for your help! That tank is amazing! Good job!!! Greetings from OPorto!
Starting up new tank (custom 180 with 3 XR30 Pro G6s). I was looking for a schedule with more white and really like the way you merged with typical AB+! Excellent!!😲
Forgot to add there is no link I. Video and took me a while to work out how to get your schedule to make it easier for others. As there are people on fb asking for your schedule mate? 👍
Are those XR30 or XR 15 G6 Pros? I'm curious as to your opinion - for a IM Nuvo 25 (24" wide, by 19" by 12" tall - i.e., shallow), would an XR 15 be enought to keep SPS from essentially edge to edge? Any suggestions? Thanks! Love your tank btw!
Thanks Devon I am trying to take par readings on a 150 g cube tank 36”x36” 28” deep I have 2 g6 15 pros and getting low par readings , how high are your lights from the tank ? I am nowhere near your par readings, also I am not sure if a third g6 15 will work any ideas ? I would appreciate feedback thanks , as it is late I will try your program tomorrow .
thank you! I use this on my xr15 g6 pro on a waterbox 35.2. I'm on acclimation mode and started on 50% and over a month ramp up to 70%. But the second part of the schedule is looking very dark. is 50% to low to start this program? most sps frags and couple lps. thanks!
hello I wanted to ask you a question I recently got a xr15 g6 and I loaded your programming can I set the program to 100% or better leave it at 60%? I like to have some white during the day and your program is perfect for my taste but if I set it to 60% it looks dimly lit
For the color blends you can adjust it if you wish to make it whiter or bluer if you mean the overall %. you can certainly up it just make sure you dont fry your corals by going to high to fast!
@@ReefDudes Thanks for the answer, I'm currently maturing and I was learning to use the radion and until I came across your program I will do various tests regarding the % and at most I will adjust based on the response of the corals whether to lower the %
What is your light schedule, 12 hrs? What light intensity would you recommend for the xr15 gen6 pro. I believe you said it was a little higher than the xr30. Thanks
Been running gen 5 for ages it’s great I even asked you few weeks back on reef dork if you had changed it for gen6 going to switch now I run blues not pros lol cheers again buddy
@@ReefDudes Thank you for your reply, I have a 24" tank with lights 9" above the water, mixed corals dominated by lps, what program intensity is suitable for my tank?
Your schedule is great but I only have 1 xr15 blue and it dimmer than the built in ab+. May be because you have 5 lights. Also curious why your whites are at 24-30 when 100 on g6 is the norm
On your Blue version the AB+ spectrum is 100% on the whites, R, G channels. He's using the Pro which is 24% whites, R, G. Basically the 2 lights have different channel settings for the same spectrum
I tried making my on light setup and never liked any of it then I tried yours and never looked back. I did remover all reds and greens as I was having algae issues but I want to put reds and greens back again now that issues are fixed. Any recommendations on how much reds and greens? Or just reinstall your schedule?
I’m curious, why did you decide to have these two plateaus, a higher par white period, followed by a lower par bluer period? Is it based on any ecological reasoning or purely aesthetics?
Its a Mix, originally the higher par period was a high noon of sorts to give the corals more par and help with coloration. The side aspect is i also appreciate the whiter crisp look of a tanks. Lower par lets you leave the lights on longer and stretch out the viewing time. so its a mix of all of the above
Thank you Devon for the G6 light schedule!!!! I appreciate the video demonstrating the various par readings!!!
Thanks Peter! Happy to help!
You're welcome :) And I mean super welcome.

Thanks! Glad you like it! There's tons of folks using it and I have even had corals spawn in my tank under it so tried and true now! :)
Thanks Devon! Just downloaded and set it up on my Gen6 XR15. First corals for the new reef tank arriving this week so this was perfect timing.
That’s exciting!!!
What size tank are you putting the xr15 on?
@@ttown918 I put 3 on a red sea 425 g2 (48” x24”). Probably could have gotten away with 2 though but wanted more coverage for when everything grew in

Trying your Schedule now for my tank. Many thanks from Germany 💯🫶

Thanks! If it’s in your budget a xr30 would be aweseome but prob overkill a xr15 would be plenty especially with the newer wide lenses .

Only my second week in and my corals are thriving using your template I have the gen 6 blues
Love to hear it! I had a coral spawn a month or so ago so the schedule is def tried and true now
Just uploaded Devon's schedule on my XRws 30 gen 3 pro, works perfectly and to my liking.👍
Awesome! let me know how you like it after a while!
Are you using diffusers in this video on your tank?
It looks like it
Downloaded. I’ll give it a run!

how big is your tank (dimensions) what type of coral?
It's a 125-gallon standard. Sps on the top half and lps/ softies on the bottom of the tank
I'm using your program now 👌👌
The tank is 72″ L x 18″ W x 21″ H

Yep. That’s where I have run it for years

Yep. Should work on there too! Give it a test and let me know how you like it

Ramped down royal blue
Now it's good

@@emkoon6074 Are you rocking pros or blues?
hi how you like ur g6 vs g4 ? i have g4s and g5 i did notice any difference
Dude, you are the great teacher in the world!
Wow, thanks! Happy to help!
what was a drop from 5g to g6 in terms of PAR. I have 5 xr15blue on 6 foot tank should i switch to g6 blue or i will lose a lot of PAR.
It is overkill to have 5x XR30 pro on your tank? I’m building a 72” tank and getting 4x XR30 pro, would it be sufficient for a mix tank?
What is your intensity at?
52% with narrow lenses currently. Not sure at the time of the video
What intensity would you use on a 45jbj
Would these settings work for a softy tank?
What intensity level would you use for 2 xr15s pros?
Thank you for your lighting schedule, being new to Morpheus is there a template for the wavemakers? (using AI 32’s and Nero 5)
Your most welcome! For wavemakers i just use the random/reefcrest mode, i find its the best all around one
@@ReefDudes thanks, that's what I have presently...digging the new light schedule, my coral look nice and crisp
Which app will open a .mob file on a Mac? Can't figure it out!!
Use Dropbox. To get it on your phone then open in mobious. Easiest way I have found. Links in description

Re install may be easier, but during the brighter period i have 30% then drop to 24% for the AB+ ish late afternoon phase
Good video, why is the power only at 40%?
becuase i have 5 xr30s, its ALOT of light. it would be higher if i had less fixtures. there is a ton of overlap

Is it 12hrs working, is it too much ?
Is this mount custom?
Yep sure is!

Hey Devon, have you noticed any additional or lack of coral coloration switching from Gen 5 to Gen 6?
I would say slightly better color rendition.
Is anyone running his schedule with the G6 xr15 blues? Curious how thats going for people. What adjustments y'all made on it for the blues.
Wondering the
Same anyone?
I am running the blues I put the whites up 20% and the corals are thriving 😊
@@BryanBullen-u4q awesome! I ended up going with the WWC schedule. Since I couldn’t find this schedule with blues.
Can I get your schedule?
You sure can. It’s linked in the description
What par meter are you using 🤔
Apogee MQ-510
Thank you, what intensity do you recommend for the xr15 pro gen 6? I think you said 60% 🤔
Would this work with g5 pro too
Sure would!
Seem to have whites only at the end of the schedule, is this normal ?
Nope, should be blues at the end. maybe re apply it?
@@ReefDudes I’ve done that. Maybe mobius app issue ? I’ll see how it goes tonight I’ve installed the G6 one

Its in one of my older videos but this one is pretty close to it and will work just fine with G5s
Where can you find your settings to download
