I'm going to Toronto this month and I'm wondering which you prefer, Value Village or Salvation Army? And, which locations (near downtown) do you like?

Stay out of the downtown of the city on my opinion. A bit too overpriced at those locations. Venture outside of the core to Mississauga or Vaughan ! Value village over Sally Ann although Sally Ann prices are way better usually!!!
I try to thrift outside of downtown most of the time, so if you have some extra time I would definitely recommend checking out these 3 stores, they were all in Mississauga 2 mins apart from each other.
Otherwise the Value Village at Landsdowne and Bloor can be good, just very busy at times!
