Dj QUIK is the Raphael Sadiq of rap..Dogg Pound is the west coast mobb deep
Along with E40 and WC...
I've been saying this for over 20 years my man and Warren G too
Daz is a legend.

He'll yeah it wasn't only funny but he but us up on free game!!! Daz know how to freak & finesse everything for some money 💯
I Definitely Agree 👍🏾
Exactly! And the platform isn't that big. But Daz seems very sober.
This man does not get his credit what a shame. So many legendary tracks that define West Coast hip-hop.
Da streets know he did all them beats
@@mariesdad645he didn't do shit .
Yo homie I ain't never released an album in my life up in the top 10s what's up with it vanilla face
People can say whatever they want about Daz, but no one can knock his hustle. 💯
LGBT style gay
I am one of them kids I am 44 years old right now I grew up on the West Coast music I love it forever I was smiling and laughing at the same time because you said everything that always told people
Dogg Food was the best Album from Death Row and I still bump it till this day! West Up💯💯💯
Str8 facts 💯💯
Daz ain’t lying Mannn when Pac died dat music was hitting tha streets like crazy i still have them cds bootleg from 96-97 I got 10 Makaveli bootlegs 💿
Respect from Aotearoa New Zealand. Grew up on Daz & Kurupt in the country, a place called Parakao isolated from everything but we was in tune with all music especially rap music of the 80s, it found its way here in the middle of nowhere
Daz is one of the top 5 producers of all time and much love to Daz coming to st.louis in the hood to remake ice cube summer vacation 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
Did he make a video for that
@@deeward5572 hell yea in my hood because we have a 19th st , 20th st , 21st just like they do in LBC
DAZ needs his own podcast. 👏👏👏
“What would u Do” is one of the hardest beast Daz ever did
facts
There are lots of hits he has done.
1. Keep it gangster.
2. Whoopty whoop.
3. In California.
4. Just doggin
and the list goes on.
Initiated. Is another one.
He even did snoop's " have you ever".
Listen to daz " dpg 4 life".
FINALLY!!!
A rap interview that's more about music than drama
He never lies. But lotsa people lie on him. And underestimate him. He’s been doing this forever 💙🐐
Daz really a inspiration! This man got his hand in everything!
Gay
I need a part 2 to this interview. Please make it happen.
Greatest, most informative interview ever. DAZ IS A LEGEND.
I love you daz! Damn Ur music is so shit I want to fart a rainbow
So glad Daz named the lawyer he used, My grandfather was a legendary guitar player, not sure who owns his royalties or likeness, going to reach out to them. 🙌🏾
The producer always owns 50% of the songwriting no matter what. Artists be trippen.
I always felt like if you can’t get Dre to produce you you can get Daz and DJ Quik and it’ll sound just as good
THANK GOD DAZ IS STILL ALIVE. GET YOUR MONEY BRO....DAZ DILLY 🔥🔥🔥
Hands down, one of the best interviews I've listened to.
This sh*t make you wanna get up and get that paper son! 💰
This one of the best Daz interviews i've ever watched.
THE PART WHERE HE SAYS......"OH YEAH WE FINNA GET HIM NOW"!!!! 😂😂😂😂 GREAT INTERVIEW! 🔥🤙
He produced half of raps first double disk album and one of the best albums of all time “All Eyez On Me”
Classic work. I already had Dogg Food before that, so I was fully aware. BTW, All Eyez On Me wasn't the first Hip Hop double album. It was "He's The DJ I'm The Rapper" by Jazzy Jeff And The Fresh Prince. Ironically also the first Hip Hop album to win a Grammy. No I'm not kidding
Johnny J did 11 tracks where you getting your math from?
@@totc6196 how many did Daz do? 5 or 6, correct?
@@avace917 5 total he did. Johnny J did 11 cuts he needs his propers.
@@totc6196 agreed. I just couldn't remember

I bought his album "This is the Life I Lead" in 2001, after being hooked on Death row. I was just outta school and my local record store in Scotland unbelievably had it in stock. I was blown alway how good it was.
daz not lying about Luke im from Miami but moved to the midwest when snoop and dpg came out, gang life had a big influence on me i have every daz album, and theres a 2001 dpg album with a luke feature on it

I was a youngster when I got DOGGYSTYLE . I told my aunt that my mom wouldn’t care if she bought me an explicit album. My mom heard that shit and ran the cassette over with her car 😂😂
😂😂😂
that’s back when parents cared enough, and didn’t let their kids take in r- rated material. now parents don’t give a dxmn, it’s kinda sad.
