Belize Honeymoon: Matachica Resort

On the second half of our Honeymoon we headed to the island of Ambergris Caye where we stayed at Matachica Resort. One of the coolest and best experiences we've had anywhere in the world.

I find it mildly amusing that there are 2 unrelated Bo Pollard channels on UA-cam, and both spent time in Belize this summer (I vacationed with the other Bo). We also had dinner at the same Gaia table.
