This videos name describes all the addons avaliable from blender as in i dont download urls or outside source links i just go into preferences and addons and turn it on. The video is not a troll. There are addons built into blender that you can turn on just by going into preferences, but there are also a lot of useful addons made by third parties. This video is just talking about the latter.
