@@themuminthenorth Lamb is generally not eaten in the US outside immigrants, so I'm told. American lamb has a different (stronger?) flavour apparently than you might get in the rest of the world.

The minced beef is excellent quality as are the French trimmed racks of lamb.
Might be excellent quality but how many of us pensioners can afford those prices.
