    I'll need to become a much stronger chess player before I find diminishing value in your lessons. I think you provide a tremendous value for the majority of your subscribers. Thank You ... again!
    Also, the Nepomniachtchi-Carlsen armageddon game in yesterday's CCT quarterfinals was a prime example of "it ain't over 'til it's over" after Magnus blundered badly on move 19, but went on to win. A few important lessons in chess psychology were evident. Could be material for a future lesson. Like the British say, "Stay calm and carry on!" 😉

      Amazing to hear your kind feedback. Even one 2250 ELO player said he benefits greatly from my content.
      I will probably make a video about confabulating the opponent and fighting back from bad positions.

      Thank you! I studied mathemathics for one year. Perhaps the habit comes from there. And it is also because I really want to show connections and cause/effect relationships in this channel (the WHHHYYY question).

    • @Dr.CansClinic
      @Dr.CansClinic  Місяць тому

      My pleasure. I don't know about the books, but there are some good Chessable courses, including one from Nils Grandelius. Even Andras Toth's 1 d4 d5 repertoire is mainly based on Slav.

    Even though I'm currently a Jobava London player as White, I dislike facing Qd4 as Black. This is a great way to handle it. Though it might not become an exchange version, I feel I have more tools to deal with it.

    Dr. Can thinks that the loss of both queens signals the beginning of the end game.

    • @Dr.CansClinic
      @Dr.CansClinic  Місяць тому

      It is mysteriously difficult to precisely define the endgame in chess. So don't overgeneralize it.

    The only problem with this style of attack is that there probably won’t be a chance to play it against the same opponent a second time lol.

    • @Dr.CansClinic
      @Dr.CansClinic  Місяць тому

      Haha but as I have described, the same idea can present itself in different move orders! ☺️ And those opponents will probably not repeat the Exchange Slav after your first game!

    • @perteadsf4914

      At that rating the main goal in any phase (opening, middlegame, endgame) is to avoid blunders while exploiting the opponents blunders.

      @@perteadsf4914 I'm on about a 300-400 lines in a chessable opening repertoire not a chess rating,even better would bee at least a 800 line plus LTR (Lifetime repertoire from Dr Can) but ill take what i can get as i'm now convinced having been playing the slav solid for about 3 months its the way to go for my repertoire...

    Are you serious bro ? I thought only the KID could give some such an agressive position. But I have stopped because of the exchange variation 😂 What do you consider the most agressive the KID, the slav or semi-slav ??? By the way, great content ✌️🔥

    • @Dr.CansClinic
      @Dr.CansClinic  Місяць тому +1
