Tig brilliant were you the man I'm not a MAN ! ,TiG says for a majority of her adult life she is mistaken for a MAN at least once a week, I like the way she uses this amongst other things in her comedy. Google her🤣
So funny. Tig's character was the only tolerable person on Transparent. She spoke for the audience in her disbelief for how AWFUL and self-absorbed they were.

Lol, I know it's inappropriate, but I also always wonder who is the man in the gay couple. But I wouldn't ask myself, so I'm kinda glad they use this character as an avatar for some harmless ignorance. I wish she could go on with "stupid" questions longer. This was absolutely hilarious!!! :D
No one is “the man” in a lesbian couple - and no one is “the woman” in a gay couple. It’s like asking two chopsticks “who’s the fork” ;)
Really that question is asking who takes on the traditional gender roles of a guy. If you’re ignorant I would educate yourself on things like that.
