@monxton I do in fact. Listened to it a bunch, though I think "One, two, three" is by far my favorite tune at the moment... Can't wait to hear the full album
At the moment, I'd imagine no where. I don't recall if Brian said he read much sheet music, it's not on thesession yet. The first two tunes are, but the last one isn't. I suppose I've listened to it enough that I could transcribe it sometime soon, though.
Yeah, from another video Brian mentions two fiddle playing brothers, named Hayden. So it could be saying that the Hayden's Rock, as in they're cool, etc... I dunno.
@monxton Sadly, yes T_T My living in the US means it takes longer to get here, and I've just recently moved to another state, so I have to wait a little bit more to get it... But, I take that to mean that the liner notes say it's Brian's tune?
@monxton Are you sure it's one of Brian's tunes? I guess I could just ask Brian himself, but I thought he had said he got it from some bluegrass fiddlers or something.... I don't recall quite right. It's an awesome tune either way, though.
What a pair! Fantastic!
Thanks for uploading this, Joseph. This guy is a wizard of a whistler.
On a dark winters blowy night your playing would take you to sights that a person can only hope to get to !
Just...... incredible
Quite excellent, I must say
I miss Burwell already! This was a great set, thanks for putting it up.
@JSCWhistler that's right.The album version is on Soundcloud (as I'm sure you know).
... but more to the point Rock is also the name of the village which is home to the Hayden family (Cathal et al) of musicians and their bar.

@CZMJ
Me too!!! It was such a great week!!
So ... we know know that Tune III is a composition of Brian's called Hayden's Rock.
Google tells me that Hayden's Rock is a famous dive site in NSW.

@monxton
Ah, is that how you spell it? I forgot to ask.
What is the name to the jigs?
John McKennah Marcos Llope, and The Oblique Jig
I bet she’s a Lowden maybe.
I’m pretty sure Ed doesn’t play a Lowden, but at the moment the maker’s name escapes me totally! I’ll see if I can find it around.
Aha! It’s a Kinkade
@@JosephChordmichael OK.
