I feel like all the roles in the Big Bang Theory are so unique and rare, I can't imagine anyone else playing the role of any of the characters. They deserved it

GoT is the best show ever for its genre and the best in my opinion. TbbT closely follows but shows like Friends, Fresh Prince and Inbetweeners are tonnes better

Game of Thrones wasn't on a regular nationwide network. You had to have cable to watch it. For that reason, less people watched it beck then. TBBT was on as soon as you turned on the TV. No cable needed. So it was more popular. Most people didn't even know what Game of Thrones was.
