The flash mob was choreographed by Kaley Cuoco's sister, Bri. Jim Parsons did not participate in it at the request of Kaley, she wanted him to stay in character through the whole thing and once everything settle down, utter his trademark word, "Ba-zinga!".
Johnny Galecki also didn’t take part in it except for 5 second break dance cameo, as apparently he can’t dance/hates dancing! He comes in from left of screen, spins around on the floor then exits again to the right! Then rejoins from there at the end as they walk back to the couch!
