@@reznovoi9946 in 2018 trixie and katya had a falling out after katya had a meth relapse, katya ended up taking a break from drag but she said some pretty hurtful stuff to trixie since she was struggling with her mental health and she couldn't tell who her friends were. trixie said she was worried their friendship was over, but after katya got sober they made up. it's all in trixie's documentary moving parts

You’ll be happy to know that Katya has fully recovered. She relapsed in late 2017 but has made a steady recovery.

Anyone here after katyas breakdown earlier this year and kind of concerned about her a little?
This is SO truthful like that segment in moving parts made me realise I had a problem and there’s so many people like me who would absolutely shut down anyone trying to help but then getting home and the only company being drugs isn’t when you realise there’s a problem? Like people that haven’t been through addiction think that addicts are taking cocaine or heroin and they’re either engaging in sex work or in abusive relationships etc but it’s the people who are doing the total opposite that spend 3 years absolutely sober and thinking oh because I got sober without professional help I wasn’t an addict and I found I fell 10x deeper when I had that mentality, every single word of this is so brutally honest that if you ever have been in that position you felt each word in every single cell of your being, addiction is so different to what people think it is and seeing how hurt Trixie was by katya struggling so much is so raw, that film doesn’t get the credit it deserves🥺

i believe katya had a relapse about a year or two ago and she may have also had some mental health problems katya i think said some things that weren’t nice to trixie and they didn’t speak for a while but obviously now they’re back to being best friends and katya is sober again i think

Crystal Meth, Cocaine, Cannabis and other
cocaine, amphetamine based stimulants (like meth) and alcohol were the main ones. also she IS addicted, addicts dont lose their addiction, they just learn how to live with it

Katya herself doesn't claim that she's sober. She knows she's not. I think there's a distinct line between the stuff she did before and cigarettes/weed. But I say that as someone who hasn't touched any of it ever. Seems like she's in an overall much healthier place and I think that's what matters most.
