@@JimFanFishing I used a Tady 150 gm slow pitch jig. I was limited because of my rod. 160 gm limit but my brothers has a 500gm limit and used 200gm speed jig called the Lingcod Killer. Purchased from Vastpro fishing.

Oh I forgot. I used my 150gm jig in 175 to 200 ft and the 200gm in 375ft.
Correction on that slow pitch tackle shop. It’s called Vastitude and is located in Hacienda Heights in the city of Industry CA.

I've been trying a few: Capt Jay Fishing Assist Hooks. JYG single assist hooks. Shout Rockfish Assist Hook
