I wonder if the algorithm got LLM upgraded, generalizing the songs you listen and suggesting similar. I've been getting crazy good, random suggestions of music with like 100 views from 7 years ago.
It's a tracker module! A UA-cam search of "sound tracker" should help you find some history on them. As for this specific clip - Open Cubic Player appears to be a classic music player for DOS/Unix, and capable of processing tracker modules. There IS a visualizer right in the middle, but the rest of it is actual notes, sequences, and effects, as tracker modules contain the music sheet itself!
Watching a tracker file run is similar to watching the gears and nodules of a music box (or player piano) roll in real time, except more layers of complexity.
The Algorithm has found its chosen one. Welcome.

I do not know how I got here but I love it
UA-cam's algorithm at it again!
Nice 👍
This one gives me goosebumps, especially after ~ 01:00 and up to 02:00.
Is this a visualizer or an animation? Either way... The coolest thing imma see on UA-cam this month
