What was worst and best part? All of her videos I've watched is seems the shoulders are always rough, but the scraping always looks like it would be the hardest.
Speaking from personal experience, being built very similarly to both of y'all, and five kids, my hip issues directly follow my weight fluctuations. I gain a little, my issues instantly get worse. I lose a little, I instantly feel relief!!
Same I gain I feel more I loose I feel less but it’s hard to loose so easy to gain

She seems like a really nice girl. Glad she got the treatment she needed. I have similar problems when I sleep. I have really bad nightmares and I think I may sleepwalk. I wake up with injuries and muscle pains frequently.
Measurehead set up a camera
If you act out your dreams it could be a disorder called REM Sleep Behavior Disorder. It is worth getting a referral from your PCP for a overnight sleep study to rule that out. Nightmares are treatable, Imagery Rehearsal Therapy is the leading treatment. There is also an app based upon it called DreamEZ, which is free (was developed by the VA and military)

When I lay on my back my left thigh starts to burn, pins and needles, and then goes completely numb. Sometimes the burn is so bad I have to get up.

Well first you let Dr Pimple Popper have a go at their back.
I usually go to The Joint for chiro care, and recently had a couple of sessions with some younger chiros who were very quick to start with a little massage in the problem areas. It makes all the difference!! I look forward to the day I can invest in visiting a chiro like Dr. Brenda in my area.

What do you think causes someone’s legs go numb? Like if I’m certain positions or laying down it throbs and feels like i don’t know what it’s called but it’s little probes when ur in physical therapy they put on you after your first dry needling to help the muscles but that’s how my legs feel randomly and my right arm but it’s only on the whole arm on the side where my pinkie is. Dry needling helps a lot but doesn’t get rid of it. You have any tips?

Wish i lived closer to you. You definitely know your stuff. My chiropractor doesn't do a tenth of that so its been more of a money maker for them instead of a help for me.
