This song along with Dear Mama represent 2Pac maturity from the angry black male from his first two albums. He was at his greatest during this time '95 before Deathrow. All through he sold more with Deathrow, he was at his calmest and introspective. Just listen to how he sounded on this song and Dear Mama. Maybe prison did this to him, but he seem to understand the role of a role model and what he truly represented during that time. RIP 2Pac

Zak CFC, you are right. He recorded this before prison. It was mixed down when he was in prison and released. However, this album was totally different than the 2 previous solo albums as well as the Thug Life album. I remember when Me Against the World was released. It was like a new 2Pac from the Thug Life and Juice version. Sure, he made songs like Brendas got a baby, Part Time mutha and Keep Ya Head Up, but this album really felt like he understood his role in society and the impact he had. It was so much going on in his life during this time. He was being sued left and right, he just got shot, hollywood ( as far as movie roles) were turning him down. As far as his early albums, he had more fun but he was deeply impacted and or angry at the situations that took place from 91-93 like the Rodney King riots, Latosha Hardins death by a Korean, his own issues such as the Atlanta incident with the 2 cops, he was attacked by the police for jaywalking, etc. As far as All Eyez on Me, it doesn't feel like a true album. That album feels like a collection of songs put together than an overall theme. Even Daz said that all the beats that they were working on for other projects were giving to 2Pac for All Eyez on Me.
I give MAJOR props to the producer of this music. Pac’s lyrics does major justice, and I remember when this came out as I was only a year older than Pac, but it still resonates deep. ✌🏽and 💜 to all humanity. GODFIRST!
You could tell Shock G studied music theory in school. All his beats were unconventional, most of them even fun, but this is one of the darkest tracks he ever made.
"Beautifully masterfully said. That's my whole STYLE, unconventional. From my girls, to my style in fashion and music. I go for the stuff thats outside the standard. Shock G was very unique, he was one if them ones. I love 💖💖 very unique stuff,I'm a ecctrentric, I like different, weird stuff. Lol, it's just the way I was made. Shock G was a legend,a nyrh,a man. "
without a doubt this is the hardest song he created,I ain't his biggest fan of music but this was the one, I'm a fan of his films, my all-time favorite film he starred in, Above The Rim.
So many were the tears of GOD'S HOLY SPIRIT, that the SPIRIT cried above the face of the WATER the world over. Afterward, the same SPIRIT THE COMFORTER, collected my tears to place them in GOD'S HOLY MERCY SEAT.
"That's BEAUTIFUL,GORFEOUS,SWEET. No one has felt more PAIN ir cried MORE tears than The One that Created us, God. Lord have mercy, that's show nuff real. Everyone DESERVES love, forgiveness and to go to HEAVEN no matter what they've done. Killers, gang bangers rappers, devil worshippers, EVERY ONE DESERVES TO GO TO HEAVEN, Inspite if, YOU JUST GOTTA REPENT. "
"Oh I meant WE just got to REPENT of course. No way to GODS redemption and second cha ces, unless you REPENT. That's to ask for forgiveness. We all make MISTAKES and BAD DECISIONS, and though that makes us BAD AS PEOPLE, it doesn't make our VERY LIVES and EXISTENCES BAD, that's TOO MUCH We are ALL BAD MORALLY, but WE ARE NOT MISTAKES AND WORTHLESS. Our MISTAKES and SINS do not define US. The WORST sinners, the SORST of the WORST, DESERVE MERCY,PITY ABD LOVE STILL. Only when WE REJECT GOD'S WORD, THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST, do we DESERVE HIS WRATH. Understand you are BELOVED, MUCH WORTHY and YOU DESRRVE ALL THE REST ABD BREAKS IM THE WORLD. Cuz we TORE UP and WRETCHEF, WE BORDERLINE MISTAJES and WORTHLESS, BUT NOT IT COMPLETELY, WE STILL DESERVE AND NEED HELP. And that's REAL!!!!! I LOVE 💖💖 THAT, I LOVE 💖💖 YOU,BLESS!!"
Living my life by the edge, going through pain from all the tears I've shed, got me sitting alone in my bed dealing a with a tug of war between positive and negative thoughts in my head, sometimes I wish I could fled, from all of my problems got me wanting to jump off the ledge, but that would have my family grieving, even though I'm constantly fighting my demons, day to day I'm searching for faith, sometimes I ask myself, is I'm letting my life go to waste, like pouring out the half bottle of water by mistake, when I needed that other half as a intake to quench that thirst for me to take more advantage of my life for better days. Sometimes I'm scared to take that next step, overcoming my shyness and stepping out of that shell, but if I don't, it won't be any amazing stories for me to share and tell. Just another man saying his would've should've could'ves, so in the end, I gotta step up and be a man by facing my fears and jumping over them obstacles to get to the finish line and hope for a better future.
Shock G best beat. He couldn't even use this if he wanted to. Imagine humpty hump and money b on this. Talking bout condoms Oh BTW, that Stevie wonder sample is perfect
The moment I first woke up In the morning I was there day dreaming from a tear drop falling Off the picture of a baby not breathing The blessing of a mother God gave me So just please understand that you will always be the best meanings of a real love I had to go choose to know after because truth be told I was young chasing words off her note
"Grab a nigga an take me to heaven" one of the sickest bests ever made I swear I don't know what was going on in Tupac's mind when they were making this beat but I'm glad he heard what he heard to make a song out of this beat because it's just fire still to this day
wish struggles were only fiction.. thought we knew it all thats why we never listened.. young to the world and was immature.. upon growing up which way did i wanna go in life wasnt sure.. never acknowledged my parents as roll models yet i grew to act and think just like them.. as some kids find it impossible to treasure thy mother and father when they never showed you, you were worth a gem.. alcohol and weed quickly became me.. face in the mirror was the only time that i see.. them harder drugs which came later only built tolerance to destroy myself quicker.. wasting away my liver.. from drinking cheap liquor.. DUI's.. intoxicated with blurry eyes.. jail cells for months at a time that isnt a life.. you only get to be young once so i encourage.. you to never become discouraged.. from the harshness of reality as what doesnt kill you only makes you stronger you must have courage (R I P) to the homie Eddie hopefully one day again your presents will be.. for until then in my heart and mind youll alwayz be....,....

JLLM VIDEOS 1996?
Let it go bro, he’s well deceased 1971-1996
I was born in 71 , whoa !
hell of a lot of tears throughout my life the years
You could tell Shock G studied music theory in school. All his beats were unconventional, most of them even fun, but this is one of the darkest tracks he ever made.
Well put!
Pac tha don
without a doubt this is the hardest song he created,I ain't his biggest fan of music but this was the one, I'm a fan of his films, my all-time favorite film he starred in, Above The Rim.
this song and California Love had the cleanest, most crisp production out of every 2pac song in my opinion
Most rappers couldn't even rap to this pac was special
Modern rappers.run scared from this type of shit.
MY TWIN BROTHER R.I.P ALWAYS IN MY SOUL FAM I GOT U NEVER GONE MISS MOM TOO AM HERE

Off my favourite Pac album. That Stevie sample is great, too.

R.I.P = Rap Is PAC 💙💙💙

SAVAGE BEAT
pitbull64 don't use savage please
The moment I first woke up
In the morning
I was there day dreaming from a tear drop falling
Off the picture of a baby not breathing
The blessing of a mother God gave me
So just please understand that you will always be the best meanings of a real love I had to go choose to know after because truth be told I was young chasing words off her note
"Grab a nigga an take me to heaven" one of the sickest bests ever made I swear I don't know what was going on in Tupac's mind when they were making this beat but I'm glad he heard what he heard to make a song out of this beat because it's just fire still to this day
For some reason this doesn't feel like a beat. It's something on a whole different level.
wish struggles were only fiction.. thought we knew it all thats why we never listened.. young to the world and was immature.. upon growing up which way did i wanna go in life wasnt sure.. never acknowledged my parents as roll models yet i grew to act and think just like them.. as some kids find it impossible to treasure thy mother and father when they never showed you, you were worth a gem.. alcohol and weed quickly became me.. face in the mirror was the only time that i see.. them harder drugs which came later only built tolerance to destroy myself quicker.. wasting away my liver.. from drinking cheap liquor.. DUI's.. intoxicated with blurry eyes.. jail cells for months at a time that isnt a life.. you only get to be young once so i encourage.. you to never become discouraged.. from the harshness of reality as what doesnt kill you only makes you stronger you must have courage
(R I P) to the homie Eddie hopefully one day again your presents will be.. for until then in my heart and mind youll alwayz be....,....
Slick Wit it nice lyrics
