You can also hire a boat (with captain or without) in Vieste and explore many beaches and caves. It is very beautiful from the sea vantage, and you can also stop to enjoy beaches at no extra cost.

Generally, all waterfront is public in Canada, so you can control access but you can;t own the beach itself. That said the water frozen 8 months of the year and the water freezing the remaining 4 so it's not like you could really make a living charging for access anyway. Also you might want to adjust your english pronunciation of crepe to cr-ay pe, rhymes with hay. Other wise saying "I really want a 'crap" is liable to cause - misunderstandings :)
Are the best sandy beaches in Puglia? Taking my grandson and his girlfriend to Italy in September. From the videos, it looks like Ligurian beaches are rocky?

What yelling and screaming? Italian women are noted for their restraint and even temperament when upset. ;-)
Private beaches are not uncommon in the states. You should consider using a remote mic attached to your top since your voice often fades making it difficult to hear what you're saying sometimes.
