I have a tip for money, it involves the farms. This only works if you sleep, before you sleep plane rubber which I believe is 12 hours (you can also do cacao 8 hours if you want) then when you wake up you can harvest it then sell it it gives a good amount of money. I don’t know if this will work for you but it works for me. (Just thought I’d share this because I play this game and money is not a problem for me)

Also you can build all the houses, your population is never gonna reach max if you don’t, you won’t get better deals for houses, it is just as it is.
