Sorry you had to deal with all the amazingly mannered people while riding the light rail. The fact that people talk on speaker phone while out in public never fails to amaze me.
The dice playing at Nicollet Mall station was a classy vibe, too. Stopped 5 minutes in. Don’t need to know anything else about transit in Minneapolis after this. No thanks.
That answers my previous question about a metro line to St. Paul. So, if I was to visit Minneapolis/St. Paul area...I could park my car once and never drive in the cities at all. Good to know!
I live in St. Paul just south of downtown across the river but I don’t take the green like by myself since it’s gotten way too sketchy even though it is convenient. If you’re a local here, you wouldn’t blame me.
People smoking, people blasting music on their phones or speakers. It gets so bad sometimes that I roll the dice and switch cars, hoping for a better experience.
Minneapolis-Saint Paul they definitely got a good line they still need to extend it over to the north side of the city and probably spending to the suburbs but it's definitely ahead of Charlotte's I will say that much I know you couldn't go to Minneapolis-Saint Paul and not take the I-94 route through Minneapolis and actually through Saint Paul
Both downtowns look very picturistic And Breathtaking and Beautiful
This looks awesome
Beautiful city

Can confirm, I just did it the other day. You can park for free at the Mall of America, and then just take the train from there. Super easy!

You’re right. The locals that I hung out with while there said the same thing.
Is it an, "I am uncomfortable" or "I am in immediate danger" kind of sketchy?
@@kiewies Uncomfortable. Barely get bothered on it when I rode it. The worst is some homeless guy screaming at others including me.
Try riding public transit in a really big city. The Twin Cities would look like a walk in the park.
