Tonko House is an animation studio in Berkeley, California. The studio paints still lifes twice a week in the mornings to study light and painting.

You can learn how to paint just watching these guys videos, even better though, is their Schoolism class. The focus on light and shadow is such a great approach and I feel like it's not stressed enough.

2 artist same prop but different approach...like it...
amazing classes . Could you please talk a little bit about the brushes that you use in photoshop. As I see there is certain texture that comes as you paint. I like the way you guys study different lighting conditions.
Three years late. But they usually use "the dam keeper" brush which you can get through their schoolism class
