The Sighthill Circle was thought to be the first astronomical alined stone circle created in the UK in more than 3,000 years.
NORTHEAST OF GLASGOW CITY CENTRE lies Sighthill Stone Circle, a modern construction in an ancient style that has been attracting tourists and members of the Pagan community since it was completed in 1979.
They were temporarily removed in April 2016 as part of a plan to transform the area and have now been relocated to a new landscape 200 metres from the former site which had not been suitable

I never went there when I lived in Glasgow. I wonder how misaligned they are , now they've been moved ?

Considering I went to Destiny church on Cathedral Street for several years, which is less than a mile away from these stones, it's surprising that I never found them
