Cool T-shirt is that representing the TV show Square pegs that was in the 80s ? It’s a pretty good TV show if you haven’t seen it I believe it is on DVD
Thanks! Nope, this is some merch from a fellow UA-camr (Jay over at Square Pegs). It’s a great video game channel, and I loved the shirt design, so I snagged one.
I bought four titles this haul. My Man Godfrey (1936)(in June) and Swing Time (1936). Both of those, deals on ebay. Brand new from Amazon, The Trial (1962) and Bringing Up Baby (1938). Always like the classic films. The first three have a fold out booklet, but "Bringing" has a 40 page booklet. Wow! Lots to read. 😀📽 Brings my Criterion count to "34."
I picked up Seven Samurai, The Princess Bride, and Time Bandits here in Canada from Unobstructed View. It's not as cheap as the Barnes and Noble sale, but they're the cheapest option here (about $30 USD). I'm thinking about getting Blood Simple or Uncut Gems, but I may wait to the next sale. I already spent too much.
I don't go out of my way to buy criterion but the current sale inspired me to track down a used copy of The Complete Monterey Pop Festival (criterion 168-169) which I've always loved to watch when it ran on TV. This Blu-ray edition has a disc capturing additional Hendrix and Otis Redding footage and promises upgraded sound and extensive original film restorations. I haven't researched a DA Pennebaker film list but I did find and watch a copy of "Don't Look Back," - but I think his other work is political/industry documentaries.

I googled Peeping Tom and I’m really surprised that it was directed by Michael Powell. He’s well known for drama movies like The Red Shoes and Black Narcissus. I didn’t know he made a slasher kind of movie
