Man the Rut has been kicking in here heavy in Northern VA and I've been stuck at work. Every off chance I have I've been stuck with other things i have to do an it's killing me not being out there. Great video as always.

Congrats on the success for both hunters! The 193 reminds me of the same genetics the “20 pointer” had from a previous hunt years back.

Congrats. That looked like 2 puffs of smoke came out of the entry hole as he ran the first few steps. Pretty sweet footage.

Shanks Outdoors UNLIMITED, those guys laid it down for sure! 🎥 Word on the street is that Mason punched another tag in Missouri with the Mathews, so be sure to be looking out for that! Have a great rest of your day and thanks for taking the time to watch.

Called in my biggest 4x4 and only sat on the ground for 15 mins and at 160 yrds, but my hunt was not as good as the 196 hunt cause i had rifle but was still great hunt for me, i am a big bowhunter but wanted to just get my tag filled and am happy to end my season with the one i got.

Never understood trying to “lead the deer” with your arrow, especially in his situation, it’s so avoidable and usually results in a bad shot.

Tango Down, first off we really appreciate you taking the time to watch the episode and hope you've had a wonderful season so far. More than likely both hunters are whispering because they are unsure of whether or not the deer has expired post shot. Or maybe they are just whispering because in the moment adrenaline is flowing and being quiet in the woods is the natural instinct. Either way, we couldn't be happier for Joe and Mason. Both hunts were awesome in their own right and we're proud to have been able to bring them to the channel. Have a great night and good luck hunting!

Well, I know the whole story on that Wisconsin deer, and I'm not here to embarrass your crew, but the entire time he gives credit to his sponsors, when there was someone else of very small stature who should have been given some credit as well, especially on a gut shot deer that will not bleed. Yes, he would have found him after the coyotes and crows let you know where the carcass is, but I'm disappointed that credit wasn't given, where credit was due.

@@petegraf7760 well lets hear the whole story then.. you can say enough to call them out here, buck up big guy.

@@dylanbass3196 I feel like the fact he left out the fact that he hired a tracking dog, but left that out was a bit shady. I mean let's give credit to the land management on a small parcel, or the products he uses, but fails to recognize the dog and handler for finding the deer. I've hunted plenty to know that not every shot with a bow goes as planned, but how about informing the public of an excellent tool and resource in the form of a tracking dog. Jaeger is the dog's name, and his handler Robert is a class act who should have been mentioned well before that grunt tube. Just my opinion.
