Hi, to store Cardano in the Trezor Suite app with Model T, you just need to add the Cardano account, and then it behaves the same way as other coins. We don't support signing the DRep transactions at the moment, but we're looking into it. At this moment, we don't have an estimate for when this feature will be supported. Stay tuned!
Yes! If you are using the default wallet, you will access it when you unlock your Trezor with your PIN. If you are using passphrase protection, you will need to enter the passphrase on top of the PIN✌️
Hi, it's not possible to change the passphrase, as each passphrase creates a new hidden wallet. So you cannot change an already existing passphrase, but you can simply stop using it and move your coins to a newly created passphrase. Let's say you used passphrase "Libertus21M" but you want to use "Libertus22M" so you create this new one and transfer all your assets to this newly created one. PS: Don't use easy to guess passphrase such as your nick 😉
Computer power to crack this is ever-increasing. To remain safe you will need to add more words. 12 words is hackable, 20 not so much, 24 not at all realistically (today).
Hi, the higher number of words does not equal better security. We cover this topic in an article on our support page if you're interested in more info on this: trezor.io/learn/a/seed-backup-12-vs-24-words Regarding the 20 words - we've created this new standard that allows you to split your wallet backup into multiple shares so you can distribute them amongst different locations or people and reduce the risk of total loss of the backup (single point of failure). More info on this new standard 👉 trezor.io/learn/a/multi-share-backup-on-trezor
Hi! You can recover your wallet using your Wallet Backup (aka recovery seed) and your passphrase. This can be done on a new Trezor device or any compatible third-party wallet, whether hardware or software. This ensures you're not reliant on Trezor alone-so even in the unlikely event that something happens to us, you’ll always have access to your assets! 🔒💪
Thon: a passphrase adds entropy to the existing 12, 20 or 24 seed words, it does not replace them. It is completely different from the brain wallet you refer to, where a weak guessable seed (like parts of a poem) are easy to brute force and crack
You should store a passphrase the way you should ideally store your seed - in a metal backup. However, it's important to say that these two things should always be stored separately.
Hi, BEP20 tokens are supported by Trezor firmware however you won’t be able to access and send your token in any Trezor interface. However, you can still use 3rd party app such as Metamask with your Trezor to be able to manage your BEP20 tokens and keep them protected by hardware wallet 🔒

🤔 What is your number one security tip for hardware wallet users?
1. use hardware wallet :)

That "passphrase" thing sounds a lot like a "brain wallet" of famous memory, which - I'm here to tell you - is a Real. Bad. Idea.
