Final breakdown of all three scooters: 19lbs lead batteries ($.4.75), 75 lb tin/shred ($0.75), 1.3lb aluminum ($1.09), 10oz 40% wire ($0.85), and 1lb #2 copper ($4.30)
Tin shred is only $0.01/ pound? Honestly would've thought everything would be in metric in Canada.
Those e-waste green boards we just throw right in with a tin get $.10 a pound they don’t say nothing
10 cents a pound is better than what we get at 5 cents a pound.
the few wrapped wires, here in UK i call it multi-core wire, than typical single core
I am in Central New York
Sorry to hear that
Great videos. Im taking everything apart now. Dont want to think about all the $ i left on the table over the years
Hey, we have all done it. I am thinking of all the microwaves and crt TVs that I have passed up years ago not realizing the copper content.
