Just what I want to make! What kind of paper did you use? Maybe regular 'letter-size, 8.5 x 11 inches' printer paper? What size did you cut the paper down to? It looks like printer paper cut in half... I need an Elizabethan ruff for a YT video I'm about to make! I'll post a link when that video goes up!
@@CynthePen The size of the paper I used is 8.27 × 11.69, which is Japanese regular printer paper size. But I'm sure that the American letter-size paper will do. And yes, please cut it in half. I'm looking forward too see your Elizabethan ruff😁!!
It makes a paper tub instead of a needle, and tucks it in a slit to bundle papers. It leaves a hole, so I used the hole to let the thread go through. ua-cam.com/video/NXipKGAyF_E/v-deo.htmlsi=oQY-BZylL1E_tomm Instead of it, you can use a normal stapler (or glue) and a hole puncher.
@@DissectedFox In the way I made it, threads are necessary to make it fit around your neck. If you don't have the elastic ones, you can use something like ribbons and tie them behind the neck. I hope you can make a good collar!
I've never seen a stapleless stapler before! What a cool idea! It looks like it makes several pieces of paper stick together with a little hole/tear and without using a little metal staple. I usually use binder clips and I never have enough! But for now, I'm going to use a hole puncher -- it will make a bigger hole but I'm in a hurry...

How many strips did you use?
@@kccoff-kr1xz 44 strips. (So 22 sheets of letter-size paper)

@@nknaboo Can I do it without sewing the string through it?

@@nknaboo Okay. I will probably buy the stuff because this looks really cool!

Hi! Quick question, what size is the string? It is a 0.8mm or maybe a 1.2mm?
@@Samanthas_Space Mine is 0.8mm. but I think the size doesn't matter so much as long as you don't make it too tight😉
@@nknaboo Thank you! (The vid was really helpful :D)
