- Boog the bear cub was surprised to see a baby deer standing in his living room. He cautiously went up to to her and tried to be friendly with her. She buffered his attempts, but she eventually warmed up to his curiosity.

They are innocent until they need to become independent and feed themselves. As long as momma bear does the killing and brings food, the cub doesn't have to hunt and kill.

I love how the bear was somehow the most timid one here, the deer was just vibing and the bear was curious, yet terrified.
I wouldn't say terrified, he kept approaching the deer. He was just a curious bear.
Bears are WAY more intelligent animals than deer. Curiosity but also awareness of potential danger is a sign of intelligence, which is what you see this little cub displaying. The deer is just reacting to what the bear is doing and acting on sensory inputs.
We'll see who's terrified after they grow up
