Agree with this, even though I never owned a mini. I learned to ride on my FZ-07 as my first motorcycle, it’s now my dedicated stunt bike. And I just got a stock zx6r that I also wheelie. I think the big take away from this is that’s it’s a bad idea to try and learn to stunt on a stock 600cc.
