Once ur wife enters Kuwait and her residency becomes active, only then u can bring ur kids through family visa. They will not accept her work visa as a document for getting ur kids here. It is a time taking process, till her civil ID is generated it may take 3 months, so prepare accordingly.

1. Can i call my mother on the family visa aswell or is it just for wife and kid?
2. What are those 2 other stamps you mentioned on the university degree?
1) U can call ur mom on family visit visa for 30 days of u have 400+ salary, but for permanent dependent visa u can only call wife and kids and should have 800+ KD salary.
2) Stamps are SDM, MEA, Kuwait Embassy and Justice Stamps. All 4 should be there.

1) Engineer profession is listed in those 14 professions mentioned by MOI, so even if ur salary is less than 800 u r eligible, but whether u will get visa or not is totally dependent upon the issuing officer on that day.
2) Spouse name has to be there in each other's passports, if not then marriage certificate attestation is needed.

Do you have to take police clearance certificate etc, do medicals and go to kuwait embassy for stamping? What is this indian process? Thanks

Indian Process involves 2 major things Medical Test at any GAMCA Medical center has to cleared and PCC has to be taken from the police station of residence. Once u have both certificates then the person is cleared to go outside the country and enter Kuwait

Hello, the answer is in ur question only, if u dont match salary or if ur iznamel does not mention ur correct profession then it is impossible to get ur kids here. U cannot do anything about it and as of now this rule will not change.

If the child is under 18 years then they don't need PCC.
For the Kids, the GAMCA may not be needed but all their vaccination certificates should be presented.
Hello my son is above the age of 21 and he is studying in Pakistan he was born in Kuwait but thus year he will be 22 so they are asking to change from dependent visa and they told me to show that whether he is studying in college but they didn't tell that it should be a Kuwaiti university or Pakistani so my question is if i should show is enrollment letter from the Pakistani university he is studying in will they accept it?
Yes, u just need to show that he is still studying, it can be any university. but it totally depends upon them whether they will accept it or not. Mostly after crossing 22 years they dont consider any boy as dependent which is an issue.

For anyone working in Kuwait, his degree has to match with his work qualification however the final decision maker is the visa issuing officer, if ur father can speak with him and inform him about the issue then it can be done, but it is totally dependent upon the officer. Also make sure u inform ur dad to match the profession name as per his degree when he is gng for his own visa renewal.

Yes it is possible if ur company agrees then it is possible but companies dont do it unless it is very very necessary, so u can try ur luck, but its difficult.

Family visa is 3 months validity, better to enter before 3 months of visa issue date.

Hey, i enquired about it, both parents should be in Kuwait for taking dependent visa of Kid. So either u can process mother and kid visa together or else once mother comes then u can bring ur kid, Single father cannot get their kid here unless they are divorced, or their wife is no more. There is no limit, as long as all the documents are correct and valid, u can apply multiple times after visa expiry.

I don't have a clear information about it, as i know that usually our Kuwaiti sponsors and mandoups are the ones who schedule it from their portal, not sure about family visa people.
Once stated more than 180 days out of country by mistake, what’s the possibility to bring them back into Kuwait.
New Visa Application has to be made as their visa has been cancelled, old rules will not apply to them and they have to b applied as per new rules.

If u and ur wife are working in Kuwait then automatically ur child less than 5 years can come here, there is a different procedure for it which involves ur marriage certificate and child's birth certificate attestation from India, please refer the passport website of India for more details and u will need to check with the BLS center for this information as I do not have the exact information regarding ur case.
What should do after complete and getting approved tge medical in kuwait( its for kids)
Apply for civil ID of the kid. And initiate permanent residency.
What are the flight requirements ? For visit visa its jazeera n kuwait airways does the same apply for dependent visa ?
Visit visa needs booking from Kuwait Airways or Jazeera, family visa has no such requirements.

Yes u can bring, salary no issues and there is a separate process or this as it does not come under family visa. U can consult embassy and typing center for more details.

For sponsoring ur baby, u have to come to Kuwait, finish all ur process, get ur civil ID and stamp ur akhama and then follow the same steps as i mentioned in video for ur baby.
If baby's mother has Kuwait work visa then baby can come easily, if mother is in India then baby and mother both have to go through the process which i mentioned in video.

Sometimes they ask, sometimes they dont. Please visit once with the documents, if they reject then get ur relationship affidavit done.

Hello Doctor, thanks for reaching out, please note that if u want to work in KW then please don't come on dependent visa here as it is illegal to convert it into work visa or even try to do job under dependent visa.
I'd suggest that, let ur husband come here and refer u for a role and once the company offer u work visa then use it to come here.

What if education and work role having mismatch, as my qualifications is mentioned as secondary because of non mba approval College but salary is more than 800 KWD , is there any update?
As far as i know it should not be an issue, u just need to get letter from ur company about the role matching with ur education and show it during the process, this may help.
Try once if u can, u never know if u approve then it will b helpful, as u already have 800+ salary

Hey, NO u cannot work on dependent visa, its violation of the Kuwait Law and please dont do it, if u get caught u will defame urself and ur country too, the main reason KW stopped these visas was due to the reason where people were trying to work illegally, staying back more than their stay and indulging in stuff like these, its a personal request from my side, never do it. No loopholes, only deportation with finger block will occur. Even if someone says that they can do that for u in exchange of money dont do it as lot of people have got frauded and lost lakhs without getting anything back.

1) Until and unless the offer letter, visa and air tickets are not sent to her, the job is not confirmed.
2) As per Kuwait law, females cannot sponsor husband for family visa, only men can sponsor and bring wife and kids.
3) For all of u 3 to come here, first u will need to get a job in Kuwait officially, after that u have to begin the process to bring ur kid here through family visa.
4) Ladies can only bring kids on dependent family visa if they are divorced, or husband is dead. Until then they cannot bring them here.

You can get it, u will need ur marriage certificate, passport copy of ur husband with ur name in it, ur passport with ur husband name in it, ur kid's passport with ur name and ur husband's name in it, kid's birth certificate.
except passport all the other documents have to be attested in your home country. And if u r a doctor then u don't need 800KD salary cap as Doctor profession is listed under 14 professions given my MOI.
The process takes maximum 1 week if u have all the documents ready and if u get an appointment fast.

If ur name is there in ur Husband's passport then they will consider it as a valid document. Also if ur child has his bilogical father's name in passport then u will have to show the divorce certificate and do the attestations on them and attach it as a proof for ur child. Appointment is available on Meta portal so it is first come first serve basis, there is no way to get it fast. Whichever slot is available latest u will have to book it.

What is the total process cost of visa India nd Kuwait
Dependent visa will cost around 3KD just for visa, attestations from India range from 7000-11000 rupees per document and then MOFA and some embassy cost will b around 10-20KD here in Kuwait.

Sadly u r not eligible for it, though u can try at any Translation center and ask them for confirmation also.
As you mentioned 4 type of attestation is required on Degree certificate, what are those type?
MEA, Embassy, and 2 justice stamps, if u are from India Eurogulf can help u with these stamps. Call their number and check it out once

If its mentioned in Iznamal as Engineer and he has Engineer degree attested then he will not have any problem, salary is not a criteria for the 14 professions.

It is for all sectors, as far as my information is concerned. They sometimes deal on case to case basis so sometimes they allow sometimes they dont. its sometimes only luck.

Family visa once issued, the person has to enter Kuwait within next 3 months.
It has 1 year validity and has to be renewed every year.

When i made this video it was not needed, Now it seems that u will need appointment from Meta and again u get another token at Jawazaat when u visit there.
