G.chillies. - 3
Ginger garlic paste -1,1/2 tbsp
Chilly powder - 1tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2tsp
Pattai,lavangam,
Yelakkai. - 5 each
Pudhina - Handfull
coriander - Handfull
Lime juice -1tbsp
Curd -1/2cup
Oil - 4tbsp
Ghee - 1tbsp
Salt - To taste
Gravy:
Brinjal - 150gms
Onion. - 2
Tomato. - 2
G.chillie - 3
Ginger garlic paste -1tbsp
Chilly powder - 1,1/2tsp
Coriander powder - 1,1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
Vinegar - 1tbsp
Tamarind - 1small ball
Sesame.(roasted) - 1,1/2tbsp
