Years ago, I was watching an interview program with Charlize Theron as a guest. Charlize was asked how her last name is actually pronounced. She enunciated it several times while the host attempted to say it the same way. That was fun to watch. It definitely gets mispronounced, yet she politely does not make any reference to this.
