SAAB 900 Headlamp Adjuster Repair

WELCOME TO SMOOTH JAZZY SAABWERKS!!
Today I'm going to show how to fix the headlamp adjusters on the Classis SAAB 900. These are notorious for breaking even while driving. I know because it happened to me, as a matter of fact I think I remember the exact bump & location in the road that caused this. Anyway this usually occurs because the plastics are SOOO ancient that they become brittle and just shatter with any kind of vibrations. Since it is difficult to get these, Jordan Pagano of Modern Classic SAAB was brilliant enough to remake these small parts courtesy of 3D printing technology. SO if you have this issue order up a set and repair as shown in this Smooth Jazz version of Retrocar Style.

The european headlights are a little different. The black frame is integrated to the lamp body which makes a repair more difficult.
