About our individual placement and support (IPS) service

The South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust individual placement and support (IPS) service provides employment support for people in Calderdale, Kirklees and Wakefield, accessing secondary mental health services who are interested in finding paid employment or who may be off work or struggling in work due to ill-health.
Our service believes that anyone can work in the community, if the right kind of job and work environment can be found and the right support is provided.
