I'm not familiar with the Big Kick since Stampin' Up! had the Big Shot but it sounds like you need to try a different 'sandwich'. On the big shot with the 3d embossing folders I use the base platform, the embossing folder with the paper inside it and then 1 clear plate on top. The 3D folders are thicker so 2 plates is usually too thick. Let me know if this works for you.

I was thinking this would also be a great card to use your UA-cam video instruction on painting with a drop of ink and Champaign shimmer paint,,I have been wanting to try is technique since watching that video

What a beautiful card. Lisa how to you keep your clear stamps clean while using momento ink?
Memento Ink is water based so you can just run it under water and it will clean off easily.
