I renewed my driving license within 30 minutes in Islamabad (also I received a Card). We need to appreciate Islamabad Trafic police in this regard.
Islamabad is a few square kilometres, meanwhile, Pakistan proper is millions of kilometres across it.
Highlighting an exception to the rule makes no difference.

In India also you can open account from your phone. All documentation is on phone. Get your debit card at home within couple of days. No need to visit your home brach for anything.
I don't have experience renewing my driving licence, but it is also very fast now a days. Obviously not as fast as 15minutes, but couple of days may be.
We live in Canada but Dubai is way ahead of every country.

Mein Canada ke sautele soobay 'Quebec' mein rehta hoon, aur yahan license renewal abhi 2023 mein online hui hai. Uss se pehlay on paper hee thi. Lekin iss mein bhi inn ki khuwari fankari ke saath chalti hai. Naya naya system hai to kabhi down ho jata hai, to kabhi hang ho jata hai. Lekin driving laws buht sakht hain. Mere family member Ke paas Pakistan mein driving experience nahi tha to unn ka driving test pass hone Ke baad 2 saal ka probationary period hota hai, jis mein 15 ki bijae 6 points hote hain aur raat ko drive bhi nahi kerna. UAE ka license exchange nahi hota Canada mein.

In India I have not visited my banks branch for last 7-8 years. I opened a new account for Axis bank without visiting a branch last year.
Bhai Pakistan mein khul jata hai and I have opened account last year online and every big bank is allowing that...I think Junaid is not aware. The private sector in Pak is good but the govt sector "babus" are slow, old and living in 70's tech with exception of few like NADRA, Railway, Passport etc

So true junaid bhai, even here in india it took 2 month for my physical driving liscence, until then they gave us temprory digital driving liscence on the date of apply which is valid for 6 month..., but luckly due this UPI and digital banking system growth at least we can make our bank account online, and even 0 balance bank account due to which every vendor and small sellers have UPI

Dubaiii Police will fail you without any reason for three four times and then give you a driving licence after earning 8k to 10k from you. Driving licence is a business in Dubai.
He has no clue, he will just BS Pakistan and the system which we all know is on a decline, nothing new there!! Apna Phudu laga hoa hai lakin bakwas zaroori hai
Just say that you’re a bad driver.
I’ve gotten driving licences from 5 different countries including UAE and I got mine on my first attempt.
If you learnt driving in South Asia, it’s natural you’ll fail a few times before you are able to get a licence.
Some people even get in their first attempt that’s your problem then
Please guide me...Do I need Emirates ID for expired licence renewal???? I am in Pakistan. I don't have visa and Emirates ID now. My licence has expired last couple of months before. Is there any chance for me to renew my licence on visit visa???

@@reez1728 it's not like that, you are exceptional that you got your licence on first attempt but you can't deny the fact that driving licence is business in dubai rather than a legal requirement. They are only earning money and I saw 90% fail to get driving licence in first attempt not because they don't know rules or driving, because they want them to pay more on classes and come again. It's fucking fact you can't deny.
Dubaiiii is far away from a better country. Wealthiest doesn't mean perfect. 🙏

North nazimabad may car ka license apply Kia, Sab test pass krne k bad sahab kehte final try k lie apni car leke ao.... Aisa sari Dunya may kahi nh hota k final test k lie apni car Lao.... Behs krta rha lekin wo na mane... Yun krte krte 2 Sal guzarne wale phr car ka license skip krke motor cycle ka lene ki koshish usme zigzag may fail krdia k per zmeen k q laga.... Ajeeb yar.... Phr ramzan ki wajah se usne bike ka license dedia....
Pakistan me bhi License renewal pe itna hi time lgta ha bhai, at least in Punjab. You just need to get a medical form from a PMDC registered doc.
