Post Animal is a progressive psychedelic rock band from Chicago. The road-tested sextet shares the role of songwriter between multiple members who subsequently sing lead on the songs they pen. These vibrant tunes shift between hazy rock, experimental pop, and jittery heavy metal to form compositions that feel like choose-your-own adventure stories.

"Modern music is dead" they said. And then there's bands like Post Animal. Fell in love INSTANTLY with this song. It's got that "sweet-spot" ratio of surprise vs. structure.
Yeah most of these good bands are still considered underground. Underground rock is huge, there is many bands that are good af rn but many don’t know about them.
I reccomend Black country new road, have a nice life, her’s, Beach goons, and jurassic shark.
