There has been a specific speeding up of court cases to help prevent the riots. If you plead guilty your case can also be sped up and you will also get a lighter sentence. I believe only those that have pled guilty have been convicted.

I had a social event cancelled on Wednesday because of rumours of rioting in my town. I’m glad the police and judiciary have worked so hard to get them stopped.
You do realise the only reason Muslims and Asians are here is because our country begged them to come fight to protect us during ww2 and then continued to beg them to come over to save our economy and to do the dangerous and difficult manual labour jobs that no British people wanted to do…our country would have been a much poorer and more underdeveloped place had all the immigrants not cover over in the last 80 years. Have some gratitude. They had no duty to fight alongside us in the war and protect our people yet they did.

The just stop oil protester was given that sentence for the crimes he was planning and the role he took in the planning and organisation, not for attending a zoom meeting. There will be longer sentences coming for the arsonists and more serious assaults etc . 3 yrs for punching a cop whilst fuelled up on Stella and coke with no previous, is a tough sentence. I’m sure both individuals were self righteous. Both sentences will hopefully deter others from similar decisions.

There has been a specific speeding up of court cases to help prevent the riots. If you plead guilty your case can also be sped up and you will also get a lighter sentence. I believe only those that have pled guilty have been convicted.

solid evidence, the times where it takes years is when theres a lot of not-solid evidence hence needs a lot of resources and explaining each one.
