Can I use this with one of the vitamin c serums they have? They suggested that I should use the two together but as a person of color I figured I would ask you since you work on African American patients a lot.

I lost all of that when I developed ME/CFS after a denguevirus infection. I am in bed 90% of the time for the last couple of years. Still my skin looks almost better now?! What is that, no sundamage? No pollution? I should look like a dead plant really, but I don’t🤔😅

It's a pity that there aren't doctors like you in Germany. Unfortunately, most of the products you recommend are only available in the USA. I've tried ordering from there several times, but most companies don't ship to Germany. Nevertheless, I'll continue watching your videos and hopefully find something available here. Caudalie has a reservatrol line as well and it's a French brand so it might be available to you in Europe.
The resveratrol and ferulic acid from the ordinary work great for me. I mix 4-5 drops in a whole jar of cerave cream and mix, viola nice bright skin. The one from the ordinary is way too strong to use straight. People say you cannot minimize pores, but this shit does it for me, brightens, forms and makes me glow, love love it. Vit c is not my friend at all. I only use it for my knees and feet and when I run out of it am not buying more vit c of any brand.
I really need that for my skin. I can't find a good dermatologist here in Charleston. I wish you lived here.

The 1st time I heard about resveratrol was through the brand Caudalie. Ive used the Vinoperfect serum and saw great results from it. Would love to know your opinion on the brand/serum. Thank you for putting out such great informative videos.

I have a quick question for you: I used to use Vitamin C from DERMA E in my AM routine with ANCANYA followed by Niacinamide, Aloe Moisturizer and SPF.
When my insurance changed I can no longer get these meds since they were not covered; now I have to buy seperate items to make ANCANYA for my AM routine & EPIDUO for my PM routine such as (Clindamycin prescribed from a derm +Benzol Peroxide) and PM: ( Adapalene+Benzol Peroxide) followed both routines with Niacinamide and Moisturizer.
My question is: I started to re use the Vitamin C in my AM routine and it was going well but 2 weeks in I started to catch some breakouts where I used it and now some of my hyperpigmentation is coming back up especially when I have a breakout.
Is this phase normal and should I keep using it till my skin re adjust or should I remove it from my skincare completely or should I use it 1x or 2x a week in my AM routine?
