Thank you so much for the amazing video, short and to the point. Because of your video, I fixed the problem in less in 5 minutes whereas my local Honda dealer didn’t even know where to start! You saved a Honda enthusiast from raging out 😂
@@doolanbrian thank you for sharing , I just got a sport plus on Friday , love the car but it was nagging me today . Actually came across your reviews of the car before , probably the best I've seen of the car on UA-cam and convinced me to get one
Hi Roger, not sure if it is the same issue.. to Crv vibration used to usually come from around the rearview mirror, there is a plastic Cowling that surrounds the mirror so maybe hold that firm and see if the vibration goes out of it first !
To be honest, I swapped my 20 year old accord for a gen10 civic. And that 20 year old accord had less rattles and squeaks than this civic. There really a difference between cars made in japan, and those made abroad... I get a sqeak from the driver set in corners, the top panel with lighting rattles, and the center speaker in the dash rattles.
I have a Type R and it is plagued with noises. In particular a buzzing from the b-pillar. Have you any experience of this? Also the door cards and dash in R mode. Dealer had it for 4 days pulled it all apart but couldn’t resolve it. 😞
The Type R is going to suffer worse .. stiff suspension will increase the frequency of things rattling .. The B Pillar buzz noise is again like a piece of plastic making contact with another plastic part .. ive had a rattle but it was more rattle than buzz in the B pillar where the safety belt reel was rattling but it sounds different noise than yours 🙂
@@doolanbrian Thanks Brian, do you think the only solution is to reassemble with the tape between the joints. Love the car but really considering getting rid of it with the noise in my right ear every time I drive.

Wow nice trick brian. Just to add just fix my rattle noise now i put a foam double sided tape from mr. Price. 😊Thanks very much brian.
Well done! Good idea!
Thanks Brian! I was wondering where that rattling was coming from.
It was head wrecking so I'll give it ago 👍
Sound job ! Hopefully it works! 💪🙂
As always informative, not had it yet but now I know if it develops, nothing worse than an annoying rattle 🙈
Thanks for watching Dave, appreciate the positive comment ! It doesn’t happen to everyone so hopefully you will be okay
I love you!!! Thank you so much this has been bugging me since i bought my car and i love to jam and it gets so bad with the music up.
Hope it works for you ! Thanks for watching!
Thanks Brian. Excellent video once again 👍🏼
Hey Alan ! Thanks for watching !
I thought this was from the speaker but this makes sense , i had some music on and it really vibrates in line with the noise
We always thought it was a vent in the dash but eventually found this a pillar to be the culprit !!

🤣🤣🤣 I wouldn’t go that far, but hopefully it helped!
Why does the rubber have to be taken down I've seen the panels taken off without that being done is there a reason or consequence?
No specific reason .. I just found it easier to unclip and refit the plastic panel with the rubber removed 😊
I have the same problem on my 11th gen sport touring. I want to try this, however I'm not sure if the procedure is the same
