Bonjour, il s'agit des temps (lisible en bas de l'écran de l'application) auxquels on a cliqué sur "start" soit le temps qui s'est écoulé, pour chaque sprint analysé, entre le début de la vidéo et le départ du sprint

Bonjour ce qu'il faut c'est 1/ une étendue de charges qui est large (donc 75% PDC ou proche obligatoire) et une charge très faible (10-20% ou proche)
