You know you’re not losing the Fisher while in pocket lol. I think that’s my biggest fear at first with carrying new high end knives. Ones like the Rosie and my haptic are so light and disappear in pocket which makes them easy to loose. The battle is one that you feel in pocket the entire time so it’s almost impossible to lose. But most of us who DO carry and use $1000+ knives subconsciously check out pocket regularly throughout the day. I know I do constantly.

A agree Rexford makes some absolutely amazing knives. I haven’t owned one yet so can’t speak from experience. That particular build doesn’t do it for me. I’m wondering if you’re falling for the mass hype like you’ve discussed in the past. If the blade didn’t have his name in it would you think it’s that amazing? For the price there are so many options available from some amazing makers.

Im sure it is amazing but everytime i see a todd rexford knife i cant understand the price of it. Knives from ppl like Ron Best, Dalibor Bergam or Sawby come to mind and i cant really understand what makes this cost that much

I think it’s comes down to his newer stuff is just so complex and so expensive that even 99.99% of collectors can only dream of even touching them. So basically it’s either simple and really expensive or complex and out of the realm of attainability. Easier to shell out 6500 for this than 40k for a complex build.
