    Do you have any progression techniques for #4? I can’t swing my feet over my head easily, I have to push myself up with my hands on my low back.

      do you have yoga wheels or foam roller? I also do these exericses with props behind my back.

      @@aerialpractice I have a foam roller. So do you start out the exercise with your hips on top of the foam roller?
