I've always been a big fan of the 7 point stance, myself... I dont know about you but it Always works better for me.

reverse hack squats are a great excersise to train this stance with guys!
Our coach just has us in the stance so the younger players have good posture

I think they're just trying to show the core movement of it and the natural explosiveness that comes from this stance
Not exactly like the video, but diving helps in certain situations, qb sneak or a hb running up the middle

Yo it’s really your choice but I would use the 4 point stance, if the look like they are gonna pass the ball I would suggest 3
