I think New Yorkers really know how to style vintage which I get a lot of my inspiration from and what’s also great is that many thrift stores in NYC has so many great vintage outfits.
I'm the opposite..I think some people are kind of insulted so they go into over-reaction mode to cover it up... others seem to appreciate it.. but it really depends how the gift is framed.. ie if he says 'its as a momento' etc then it seems to work out better... e.g., at 6:44 the look is more akin to 'haha, fuck you' rather than 'thank you'
The young girl that made her sleeveless jacket and shirt under it was just beautiful. She is talented also it looks like you met fantastic people conscious of how they look. Which I think is FUN to do………
