Thanks for updating the new location for everyone! Love the channel and am a Floridian! I can remember nothing but orange groves all over Florida back in the day!
You were BORN to show the world's youtube viewers, ...................... all these .................... travelers stops, gift shops, small town theme stops/venues and small rural towns and country bumping places, PERIODT ! ! ! .................................( ive seen all your videos, those impress me most)............( however, im nobody, REALLY- its true !! ) . ..........hopefully, your keeping great files on your journeys for a great series of books and I'm not sure how good your photography skills are but this would make a great series of coffee table books! .................................. u can buy a spiral book binding machine from stabples or office depot and supplies for under $100 bucks and create your own and market them. Good Luck! Your a great Rural Florida Ambassador!
I grew up near Springfield, IL, which is Abe Lincoln’s hometown, and I was pleasantly surprised that you know about the tradition of rubbing Lincoln’s nose for good luck. For those of you who are unfamiliar with this tradition, there is a bronze bust of Lincoln in front of his tomb in Springfield and it’s considered good luck to rub his nose. His nose is actually a lighter color than the rest of the bust from so many people rubbing it over the years. My family would take annual vacations to Disney World when I was a kid in the 1980s, 1990s, and early 2000s and we used to drive to Disney World as my mom didn’t like flying. Before Florida Route 429 was built, we would drive U.S. Route 27 and I always enjoyed looking at the roadside citrus stands, orange groves, and the Citrus Tower. It was sad during the 1990s to see much of the orange groves replaced by pines and development. It’s nice that some of the orange groves remain. I haven’t driven in this area since 2009 as I now fly when I visit Disney World.
I Definitely Remember Barcode ! Thank you for the opportunity to Learn new things and Enjoy looking back at the memories already made. I Appreciate it Loved the Larger area an animals. The Monster Trucks are Amazing ! 👍
I did this once when visiting Florida from Canada. We absolutely loved it. I have pictures taken with the shark that once was there. Thanks for taking me back; even though it’s only in my mind. We are in the middle of a snowstorm today so watching your videos is just perfect
Adam, really enjoyed your awesome vlog! Thank you for taking me along with you! Those monster trucks are really cool looking and love the names of the zebras! Looking forward to your next vlog!
started watching this earlier, then our power went out, we had storms rolling through the smokies, the phone warning said take shelter now for your area (Dandridge/Kodak) if you are in a mobile home, I was in the RV lol, I prayed and it past, there was hail though, it was quite unusual weather for the smokies, it looks like our weather past, have not heard of any damages, but finally finished watching your vlog, such a cool tie into the smoky mountains with that monster truck, we drive past that sphere next to the spur all the time, we vlog the drive and even livestream drivestreams sometimes past that area on the spur to Gatlinburg, I'm glad you asked about it's history too, that is very cool especially since you rode on it here
Nice to get of the beaten path with you. I think I really get you now.. You notice and take pleasure in the most simple and unusual things. Thanks for the experience.
Fun place, but the orange juice slushy lives in my heart. So good. We were "lucky" enough to actually get stuck on our 4 x 4 adventure. A tractor had to come pull it out. At first, I thought it was part of the show...nope! 🤣
Fantastic place, I go there every time I am in that area, which is every year. That relocation must have just happened within the past few months. It is a great place. pick oranges, ride the trucks, and all.
My three boys really enjoyed this place the few times we’ve gone. Haven’t been to the new entrance yet, though! Blippi also made a visit here a few years ago…if you know, you know.
They had (maybe still have? unsure as there was an accident some years back) similar trucks out at Rooter Cogburn's here in Arizona. This thing you rode in, however... takes the cake. That's immense! 😅
Just came here to say love the content and when you start the day in Celebration or on your bike and the adventures w/ your mom are my FAVORITE she the cutest
Hello Adam. Another great adventure! I actually did not know that female zebra had spots on their back! I read somewhere about the male having wider stripes. Thank you for sharing this with us. ❤️
I’m a native and have never heard of this place. We always went to Disney. Of course, as kids that was our #1 choice. I would love to check out these little hidden gems!
I have been meaning to stop in check this place out cause I live just the road down from here now after I moved from Maine back in august just gotta find the time to go and film as well super cool place thank you for sharing Adam great video as always!!!
The animal in the Kangaroo enclosure is a Capybara, a native of South America and the largest species of rodent in the world. A pair of them used to be displayed at the old State Fair as "Giant Killer Rats", which they certainly are not.
Oh Adam, your shirts are bringing me back to my childhood! Yesterday, reminded me of that terrifying movie Arachnophobia and of course today Tremors. Being born in '84 these movies definitely scared me as a little kid! IT! However topped them all🙈
Mr The Woo, did you ever get freshly squeezed OJ from Mixon's in Bradenton? So good there, but also, they have the vanilla/orange swirl ice cream made with the orange juice. I recommend a visit. It's very close to the Pirates early Spring Training home before they move over to the old McKechnie Field, where you went last March. Not far away, same town. You could drop in on Ji-Man Choi and then head over to Mixon's. They have a huge shop, great Cuban sandwiches and some kid of tour of the grove that I've never been on, but it seems popular.
very nice video .. we enjoy the casual florida travel ones .... just take a ride , stop, put the camera on for 30 min .... no need to do a lot of planing or editing ... thanks Adam
Forgot about this place as an option to visit. Which side of the truck is best to sit on for the animal feedings? Seems like the passenger side was pretty good?
When I've gone there was enough room to get up and switch sides. Driver stops and gives everyone plenty of time. It's a lot fun and very much worth it.
Just recently visited Silver Springs. I was shocked at how little they have available. The springs is still open. But it’s a shell of the former days. The land still all is intact. But the huge park it once was is gone. Took my mother and we found out it once took in over 800,000 visitors.
You can tell they were school buses, were converted, I always liked the transformation of school buses too, and Gatlinburg, it's been a while since being there.
Good morning Adam from Vancouver Island British Columbia when you bring up some of these memories that you used to half of these places from your blogs it’ll be nice to have an old picture of them that you took back then Wayback then to reminisce when it was back then when you saw it and now that be an added bonus
Hopefully, one of these days our vacation won't be so rushed, and we'll be able to check out some of these other cool attractions! Keep them coming, Adam! 😀
@@-bd--chronicles-6235 Hey Beemer 👋. I certainly will if we get back there again. I probably should have said "in the future if we ever have a vacation that is not so rushed". Unfortunately, we're not on vacation right now 😞 😀
@@MyBackyardScience awww yeah I get that was just thinking cause of now living here kinda feels even though I work it’s like an endless vacation in ways specially getting to do a lot of stuff but oh finally got an iPhone and trying to work some things out to get the channel back up glad to bump into you over here :-) hope y’all are doing well even if no vacation at the moment
I’ll never forget when we rode the monster trucks at the old location! I’ll have to go check out the new spot, it looks nice!
We enjoyed that episode! 😀
Sounds like a blast!
I bet it was a blast
I remembered that. It was also with Theme Park Obsession. Those were fun coverage from both you and ATW.
I kinda like the new spot a little better
Oh!! I so want to go there when we go down to Florida in the spring. Thank you Adam for showing the out of the way places.
That was awesome. They looked like converted school busses. A great way to travel. Nice to see that they have a big the foot.

Very nice of you to say . Thank you
Glad there are a few old Florida style attractions left. You know developers would like to get there hands on that 2500 acres

I wasn't sure monster truck would be interesting, boy was I wrong
Florida has so many unique attractions
Thanks for the ride!
I was right there with you. But this was pretty awesome.
I love when you visit road side attractions. Shows people there is more to Florida than just WDW.
I love seeing other things to do around Florida besides the theme parks

The new location is cool! I think it might be the first time I've seen a werewolf in a tree (24:58). I like it. :)
Love riding the back roads and discovering new things!

The showcase is one my favorites in FL. Heartbroken to see the old location boarded up but the new place looks great, can’t wait for my next trip!
Great tour, thanks for taking us along - good to know about these places - nice to see some orange groves too - thanks for sharing
Thanks for showing this. My daughter lives next to this. We have not been since the big change.
Loving all your videos, sit and watch you while having my cereal and coffee in the morning, after I get the kids to school..its my time 👍🏻🥰

Can't wait to cover this place! Been planning on it for a while. Wicked blue Tremors shirt Adam!!
That brown animal with the kangaroos was a Capybara. So cute.

Super amazing video

We used to go to the old location alot in 2007 & 2008, always alot of fun. I still have Grapefruit spoons I bought from that location.
Good morning. Looking forward to all your future adventures. Have a great day!

That “HAY” cracked me up more than it should have
The animal in the Kangaroo enclosure is a Capybara, a native of South America and the largest species of rodent in the world. A pair of them used to be displayed at the old State Fair as "Giant Killer Rats", which they certainly are not.
I payed $5 to see the “giant killer rat” in middle school smh capy’s are chiller than sloths
11:22 was thinking something needs a drop of oil and then you showed the little chap chirping 😆 cute
Amazing t-shirt Adam, Tremors is one of my favourite films 🥰
Dig your vibe, great horn on that transportation mechanism😱😱
Oh Adam, your shirts are bringing me back to my childhood!
Yesterday, reminded me of that terrifying movie Arachnophobia and of course today Tremors.

IT! However topped them all🙈
And your beard back to the jungle

Looks like fun, I just booked it for tomorrow. Thanks.

I was actually just here a day before and had a great time! As well the people working were very nice!
All the way from Pigeon Forge omg….that’s so awesome from the roller coast zip line what are the odds?!
Can’t wait to see your birthday video of you driving those trucks 🎉
I’d definitely watch that too 👍🏻
Cool trucks. Look like modified school buses.
Awesome Video Adam.
We haven't stopped there yet but just passed by in Dec on our way down we will be back again in 3 weeks
Love the tremors shirt priceless

Hi Adam! Would you be able to go check out some citrus groves and show us the growing process to Oj?
Big gopher is a capibara, greetings from Holland

Awesome 😎
This is so cool! I live in Florida, so I’ll definitely check it out.

Nice job on the video! Looks like fun!

Adam driving a monster truck? That would be awesome to see!
I know right !
@@TheDailyWoo If you can do it, do it. It would be epic!
I think Adam driving a monster truck down a huge sweet slide should be a video of its own.
Thanks WooWoo not to far from me will have to check it out.
I've learned to have a love-hate relationship with highway 27 since buying a place in Winter Haven! 😂
Liked the video! That place has a Rob Zombie movie vibe.
Adam the Woo is the man with the master plan
Hello from Canada 🇨🇦. Love your videos , and. Vlogs.Adam…you resemble Denmark actor Rasmus Bjerg 😊
Hopefully, one of these days our vacation won't be so rushed, and we'll be able to check out some of these other cool attractions! Keep them coming, Adam! 😀
