I bought this dvd from a Sam Ash when I started drumming and it blew me away, great memories! I loved his work in Shadows Fall. The Chris Adler stuff blew me away too

As for metal drummers, you should look into Gar Samuelson, the original drummer for Megadeth. With a jazz fusion background, he set the bar for all the rest.
