All the babies this year are adorable! It's hard to see the little yearlings eyes after weaning and a new infant comes in. They look so sad and scared. I can imagine having a huge army around you and then being nonchalantly sat on your backside on the side of the road. No warm protective mothers arms or nipples to tell you nothing will ever hurt you. Some mothers still give special treatment but weaning is so hard if she keeps letting her yearling in so she had to usually be pretty mean to show them for good that those days of all the milk you want and the napping safely against mom are over. The yearlings look sad and betrayed. 😢 Just q part of life little guys. I'm 50 and my mom has been gone since 2011. I still wish I could lay secure in her arms like I did so long ago
AR, urgent request, would you be able to givevus an up date, on Ready, we have not seen or hear anything about her, and family. Is everything ok with them please ???? Suehsuk 🇬🇧
Yes he is! Most of the young are. I just hate the look in their eyes the first time of weaning and another infant taking their place in moms arms. They look lost and alone. It's really a rough transition for them that 2nd yr of being here. Mom had to roughly wean them most of the time or they won't stop trying to nurse. Then add a new infant on her chest and the whole structure of life crumbles. No more milk no more warm safe mothers arms where they wouldblay and sleep warm and snuggled without a care in the world to sitting close but not too close still making she soft cooing for mother to hold them but she doesn't. She has a new life to protect even from a jealous yearling. Such haunted sad eyes. That 2nd yr is rough for them all
@@BookNerd1102 Nona’s first born baby died. She was randomly sterilized. They lure them with food into a big cage trapping them. Both males, females and adolescents are sterilized.
Hey Am, I was trying to search through all your videos and archived but I'm looking for that one video of Dopey when he thinks his brother's weiner is a teat. Can you please direct me to the right video? I'd really appreciate that. Thank you
Hello Mr. AM. We are in bardstown ky and we are sending prayers for you and we love you. My daughter loves your channel. We have some flooding here but pray for my momma in Tennessee. They have no food or water and its getting worse with every storm and gush of winds... We pray your in good health. Hello everyone, hi from bardstown KY
If I remember correctly, there was a female monkey that was in several of JW’s videos a couple years ago that almost appeared to be dwarfed. I want to say her name was Holly, but I could be wrong. And obviously she was not the same Holly from Bossie’s troop.
It’s been awhile since I’ve been here fora visit…does anyone know about Teeny? She’s about 4ish & it’s about time she will start having babies. Can anyone direct me?? Please?
Teeny us well. She did not have good luck this mating season and did not become pregnant. There was a big story about Teeny and Tina. You should watch those videos. I'll look up the names of the videos I'm referring to and reply again. 😊
Sorry to disagree…Mr. Marisco produces arguably the finest macaque videos on UA-cam. His narration and music accompanying the videos is very tasteful and appropriate to his methods of sharing his documentation the troupes on Monkey Hill. Even though you began your comment with “Please” the balance of your posting was critical and a demand. Mr. Marisco has provided a series of videos detailing the goings on of Monkey Hill going back years. His work and efforts are an exposition of his tremendous love of these intelligent creatures. Most would agree I’m sure, that his investigative efforts are his to present as he desires. Personally I feel the music he utilizes actually leads the viewer to understand what the theme is that he is presenting. The babies have music he uses for their sections of films, familial scenes have other distinct music and danger, conflict heartbreak yet other tunes. The cadence and volume levels let the viewer know when scenes begin, continue and close as does the voice generation. I do not find that the sounds of the nature on Monkey Hill nor the natural conversations and calls of the macaques are compromised by the narration or songs, yet are in his unique way a subtle enhancement. Mr. Marisco is to me so tremendously giving of his time by not only by capturing the lives of these fascinating cousins of we primates, but also by the giving of hours upon hours of his time to produce such fine videos that his followers and subscribers have become a community, a family if you will. If you spend any time reading the comments on his videos you will find that individuals discuss the content between one another even though they are separated by continents and great oceans. We his followers, share a bond and kinship of the heart that is quite remarkable. Mr. Marisco doesn’t need or require such deceptive titles or narratives such as the worn “Million pity,” or “Baby monkey almost R.I.P,” or lastly the “Mother monkey beats, refuses to feed, almost drowns, drops from tree, baby monkey.” Please watch Mr. Marisco’s videos from the beginning through those most current on his “The Story So Far” channel and you will discover his profound fascination, love and respect for these animals and the maturation of his documentary skills developed by investing thousands of hours trudging up Monkey Hill hauling his camera equipment and then countless hours behind his computer screen and processing equipment to give freely to you and the Monkey Hill family, a corner of his heart…you see, he loves you as he does these wonderful macaque troupes. He could do all these things and keep it selfishly to himself…but he doesn’t. Would that I might one day give even a sliver of myself and my time that he does, asking nothing…not any thing in return. “Mr. AM” as he is called, is precious and priceless…for without him and the gifts he gives, I would never have seen or even known of the macaques of Monkey Hill. Mr. AM, I know not what or how you will share your passions in the future, but know that thousands, maybe tens of thousands are blessed by your gifts.
Sorry but you must not be a loyal follower, please go back and review former clips and just curious 🤔 why would you suggest that Mr.A does not give goodies,he is not like the unscrupulous ones who do so that can cause drama,if that's the entertainment you want please don't try to corrupt here ❤
Hi Deb and everyone else. BTW, I’m going to start working on the 2024 baby spreadsheet if it’s been handy for anyone.
We love it Pam. Thanks for all your hard work!
@hi pam
That must be very time consuming. A labor of love. 😊
Yes, I could really use it to keep all the players straight
Thank you Pam. You marvellous lady xxx ❤❤❤
This is so relaxing for me to get away from it all and just watch. Love it Thanks Sir.

Hello Monkey Hill family! Big Texas hugs to you all
Hi
Hi
TX here too
That was a beautiful family portrait
Aggie does the tongue poking out thing. And that’s a really cute baby.
It tickles me when they peek under the mom’s arm to get a look at the camera and the odd looking monkey holding the camera. 😂😂

Poor Nona ❤️. To lose her baby and then get that awful tattoo
I am late to the party. Did she have any babies? And do they sterilize randomly or how is that decided?

There's a channel called Love Monkey that is stealing old videos of yours. Managed to get 60k subs off of yours and other peoples content.

Yes. I think these may be compilation videos.
There are a couple monkeys with this deformity. I can't remember their names, only Morgan I remember

Still a part of Skullhead along with her mother . She's not a mother yet and probably won't become one this year. Just lost her newest brother.
Start with "Making things harder for Tina's baby". You will find these videos under The Story so Far..

Thank you all so much for your help…you are the best!! 🥰
Please don't play bumper music to the videos, it's just awful, inappropriate and takes away from the natural sound of the monkey's. Thank you.
I agree….it’s always too much musical ….drowning out nature soothing monkeys atmosphere . But it’s futile to complain
